At to zoo, I was excited because the giant panda was out. In my early views of him, he was at a distance, being a big tease.

Hubby and I then walked around to the other side of the exhibit, and he decided to come close because he heard how much of a lover of the bear community I was. I apologize for the people reflections in the last two pics. There was a family there with small kids, and they were all up near the bear.

The posts for most of the week will be from my recent visit to the zoo. I was eager and ready to see all and any bears. Well, the sloth bears lived up to the "sloth" component of their name, because they wouldn't come out. So all you get to look at today is their sign.
